Shadows are completely broken amd gpu

Version: 1.187.088
Spec. i7-6700k (stable for 2 years overclock), vega 56 (defaults, 18.7.1 driver), windows 10
artifacts differs on different shadows qualities but all are making game unplayable for me.
With shadows off it's okay during day but very bad at night.
Persist with experimental mod on/off

We are aware of the issue, it is caused by Vega cards. We were able to reproduce it and are working on fix. We will inform you when we have more informations.
