Severe GameLogic spikes

Title. GameLogic takes, at times taking up to 700ms(!!), with ~40ms average, rendering the game unplayable. Adding more blocks seems to further increase the impact. Planets seem not to have any significant impact.
As for general troubleshooting, my system is not overheating, issue persists even after rebooting both game and computer, can reliably reproduce it in test world that is attached below.
