Server host can hear all players welding / grinding

The server host can occasionally hear other players welding or grinding of blocks. The sound of the welder or grinder itself, can not be heard.

This is a very old bug. It happens when you bump into another grid while someone is welding or grinding. The players on our server experience this all the time and it has been happening for 2+ years.
