Server Brower Not Populating Server Instances
Solved
When one goes into the server browser to view available servers, I have noticed that all major servers are not populating on the list.
These servers still show up in favorites and history but not the general browser.
I tested this with SkunkWorks, Sigma Draconis, Stone Industries, and Patherfinders.
I have the same bug

I can also not see many popular servers by using the server browser. Before yesterdays patch these servers show up fine in the lobby browser.
These servers do show up fine in favorites and are able to be direct connected to.

Yeah, so this is definitely an issue. Tested on torch AND vanilla.
Also, the issue with: "server settings not downloading on the client prevents them from joining the world" is back. Which you told us originally it was fixed. Why enforce this? If settings won't download, they should still be able to join. IMO, it shouldn't be a requirement.

We are also having this issue from the server browser, Players are still unable to find us and join with out coming to us and requesting direct IP to connect.
