Server and Grafic icon problem

HI,I play in last 5 days on Keen server Number 9 and 4 times after restart i canot go in the game,maybe you can fix this bacause is not playeble.Thanks.
Second problem
Before 90 days more or less i get one upgrade and i canot go in my grafic settings,when i press grarfic ikon, game crash.Thanks
