Sensor Range is reset after each Reload

Solved

Hi!

A similar topic already exists, but the problem is bigger than stated there. Not only when you copy and past (haven't tried this one but is written in other bug report) but every time you load a world aka start playing all sensors have their range modified: All entries below 1 are set to 1. This can be so annoying! You just cannot build things that require a sensor range of less than 2m (both directions in a given dimension) that way.

with how long this bug has existed for how hasn't it been fixed yet? surely there is a simple line of code you can add into the game to fix this issue? or provide us with a script which we can add into a programmable block that we can use to set the ranges on the various sensors ourselves, i'd obviously love to write the script myself but it's not something i understand wish i could

Hello, Both!

I appreciate this thread is quite old but see Ricky recently commented. I've just had a look at this and just to confirm, are you talking about editing the extents? E.g. Left extent to under 1M? If so, I have made these 0.7M, saved and exited the world, re-loaded and these have still been 0.7M Please let me know if this is not the issue you are facing and how to reproduce your issue :)
