Sensor Incorrect detection bug

The bug: The sensor (set to detect: small and large ships, as well as stations and enemies ONLY) detects armour blocks placed by the player, UNLESS attached to any kind of power-able or power block, for instance: Refineries, connectors, reactors or batteries.
This was discovered during my attempts at creating a MLRS system.
If you want to replicate this bug, just create a warhead with a powered sensor, with the settings stated previously and place in front of an armour block. You can try: just the block, attached to and detaching from a power source/power-able block.
