Hello, cynder night,
thanks for letting us know about your issue.
I was testing some other things on DS recently and did experience same issue. Mine was due to I added mod on newer version on the game and then running the older version. I take it this is not your case, through, from what I see here in the text.
Does the server loads normally, if you try to run new vanilla game (without mods)? If yes, it´s definitely something with the mods.
You might need to check the mod load order (the order you have them added in the Mods tab list; use the arrows to move them up and down in the list) and whether you have "Autodetect dependencies" checked and if the dependencies are set correctly.
If you can run the vanilla game, can you try to add the mods anew there and let me know if it keeps happening in same manner?
Do you use some big number of mods, or just a few of them? With or without dependencies? Can you specify what mods are there? Are all of them from Steam workshop from other players or some are yours that you uploaded to workshop? Or do you have them stored locally in "appdata/roaming/SEDedicated"?
Thanks for additional information.
Kind Regards
