SE - Dedicated Server is missing (found solution)

Hey fellow engineers,

If you follow the guide from Keen you find your self stranded.

They ask you to go to your Library/Tools, search for Space Engineers Dedicated Server and install it. But there is no Space engineers Dedicated Server (see image).

But there is no such tool? Oke what is the next step?

Run SpaceEngineersDedicated.exe as an Administrator. This how i hosted my servers before so i thought ok lets do that but there is no SpaceEngineersDedicated.exe (see image).

The actual Space Engineers Dedicated Server tool is hidden on steam you cannot download it from the client at the tools page.

Solution:

To add the SE Dedicated Server to your tool list you have two options

1. Go to the following link: https://steamdb.info/app/298740/

- In the top right corner of the page you see a small green "free tool" download button.

2. Make a shortcut on your desktop and give it this location path: steam://install/298740(both do the same)

If you click on that steam will add the SE Dedicated Server to your tools tab.Now your steam client is downloading the Space Engineers Dedicated Server, you can check that in the tools tab of your library.
