Saved Worlds file not loading
Not a Bug
Upon booting up the game the save worlds file was empty, but when I went into the game files to see if it had somehow been deleted, I found that in the saves file there were two files the one on top being empty, while the one below contained all my world saves.
Not sure what caused this, should I delete the empty file?
I was in offline mode, and the game had the anniversary update installed.

we need more information. Can you send a screenshot from the Saves folder? Send it to ondrej.nahalka@keenswh.com with the description what is wrong. It seems like you are experiencing local problem.

If you mean that there are 2 folders named with all numbers in the Saves folder, and one is empty, then it's to do with running Steam in offline mode.
When Steam is offline SE creates a new offline profile that doesn't have access to your online profiles's saves. This seems to have been an undocumented change that happened in the Economy Update, so no idea if this is a Steam-side or Keen-side thing.

I have investigated it and it works as intended. All save files are in the directory connected to your Steam ID (for example 76561198047087771) so for accessing you have the have Steam in online mode. If you want to play in offline mode, move all save files to folder 1234567891011 in Saves folder. I have tested it and works without any issues.
