Above are the screenshots I will be referring to later on this post.
Today I stumbled across a peculiar issue. I had taken one of my small ships back down to atmosphere and left my big exploration carrier in space since I was only going down to pick up a few things. I fly back and attempt to access my cargo containers located in the center of my ship, hidden from sight through a different access point near my hangar area and it wouldn't let me move my stuff into said containers. I attempted this again in (2) however it grays out the moment I attempt to manually move anything. However, I watched as it continually took uranium out of said storage, into refinery, then move refined uranium into my reactors. This confused me since it wouldn't let me move it manually, it shouldn't be able to move it by itself. I broke open a few armor blocks to scan my conveyor tubs to see if they were all connected and sure enough, all of them were green. I quickly put the armor blocks back where they belonged but was greeted with yet another surprise. It did what is showed in (2). The armor block was on a different grid? Confused, I broke random armor blocks and replaced them to see if it was just a portion of my ship that was detached from the rest, however all of them as soon as they were broke and replaced, were their own grid. I quickly reloaded to see if it would fix anything yet it did not. I exited the game entirely and it fixed nothin. I pasted the blueprint of the same ship on the same save and it experienced the same issue. I pasted several blueprints of different ships on the same save and the same thing. I made a new save and pasted the same blueprints of different ships and low and behold, they didnt experience the issue. Pasted the first ship in question, had no issues. I have come to the conclusion my save file had been corrupted unfortunate as it is. attached will be the save zip file. Keen, please look into this.
Unfortunately the save file is too big and wont let me attach. if you would like the save please email me and I will forward it to you that way.
