Sandbox.ModAPI.Ingame.IMyCameraBlock.IsActive does not work in multiplayer

Because the PB code runs on the host, it only knows if the host is looking through the camera.

The odds of a dedicated server having the camera active are nil, so this boolean is always false there.

In a non-dedicated session it only works for the host.

In single-player, it works as expected.
