Safezone Pulling Bug

Safezone doesn't pull in zone chips from a cargo container, and i've double checked to make sure the conveyor is connected. Everything is connected, but it won't take zone chips from the cargo container. This bug makes it to where i'm required to log in everyday and restock my safezone so it doesnt shut down.
