Safe Zone Randomly Moving Around

I have no idea whats going on or why this is happening...
I started a base near a Trading Post.
Over time, the Safe Zone around the Trading Post started moving.
It has now moved over my small starting base!!??
I attached a screenshot that shows what I am talking about.
Because it is now over my base, I can no longer modify my base.
I have the same bug
