safe zone not initializing
Won't Fix
my safe zone is on a station, has 4 zone chips inside, plenty of power,
but it counts down from 120 to initialize but when it gets to 0 it resets again to 120 and does it over and over again.
its been doing it for about 7 hours now

we´re sorry that you are experiencing this. Thanks for sharing your concern with us. However when I did try it, everything was working just fine and I was able to initialize the safe zone.
Please take in account that the safe zone is highly energy demanding - it requires between 5 and 300 MW while active (depending on its range setting). This means that the best way to have safe zone on and working is to have one big reactor just to power the safe zone. If you have the read out of current input in the control panel just 1W, then the safe zone is online, but lacking enough power to actually be initialized. You can check full formula for power consumption here.
Please let me know if the provided solution is working for you and upon targeting enough power the safe zone needs, it´s working flawlessly.
If not, can I please ask for a save file, where the behavior is broken so I can check it on my own?
You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
