Safe Zone deactivates itself by time to time

There are:
- enough Zone Chips
- enough Uranium Ingots
The Safe Zone is also properly connected.
Bug:
The Safe Zone is deactivating itself after some time.
Mostly over night and not every day!
That often happens on DE #5 and also other servers.
I hope yours can fix this!
