Rubber bannded ship after conecting to dock

https://plays.tv/media/clip/5d0f39322353846853 seems to happing a lot now even after I seemed to fix it the ship went back to the ground at the end of the vid. only thing I did to make it happen I can think of is I built a little of the ship when it was docked
