Rover won't "unsteer"

On all wheeled vehicles I have built (small grids) on all planets, my steering would have this issue where after using the strafe keys, and releasing the keys, the wheels would visibly revert to an unsteered position, but the vehicle would continue steering. I attached an mp4 showing this on Earth.
