Rotors cant set different Y axys
Won't Fix
Try placing a projector on top of a rotor with the Y position horizontally and it is impossible. With which the ships that are built through a rotor that is on its side, the Y axis always remains in position X

In the first image you can see how the Y axis is well positioned in the rotor
In the second image you can see how the Y axis is in the position of the X axis
There should be some way that the Y axis of the rotor part could be modified
With which we could reproduce our blueprints without the axis being wrong when they are built from a projector that is on top of a rotor that is on its side

I see that this thread is rather old as well as your last comments. Can I please ask whether you are still experiencing it even nowadays? Or was it fixed in the meantime with various game updates?
If you are still experiencing it, is it still the very same or did the behavior changed anyhow?
Please keep in mind that the axis are corresponding to the object (rotor in your case) orientation taken from the object center.
