Rotors cant set different Y axys

AbeAlpha shared this bug 5 years ago
Won't Fix

Try placing a projector on top of a rotor with the Y position horizontally and it is impossible. With which the ships that are built through a rotor that is on its side, the Y axis always remains in position X

Hello, Engineer!

Thank you for reporting this issue but we weren't able to reproduce it.

We really need more information, screenshots or video.

In the first image you can see how the Y axis is well positioned in the rotor

In the second image you can see how the Y axis is in the position of the X axis

There should be some way that the Y axis of the rotor part could be modified

With which we could reproduce our blueprints without the axis being wrong when they are built from a projector that is on top of a rotor that is on its side

Hello, AbeAlpha,

I see that this thread is rather old as well as your last comments. Can I please ask whether you are still experiencing it even nowadays? Or was it fixed in the meantime with various game updates?

If you are still experiencing it, is it still the very same or did the behavior changed anyhow?

Please keep in mind that the axis are corresponding to the object (rotor in your case) orientation taken from the object center.

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Kind Regards

Because there is no new comment from you, and we are unable to reproduce the issue on our own, I will close this thread now as outdated.

If you or any other player will experience this issue again, please make a new thread and provide all needed info there.

Thank you for understanding.
