Rotors not or very slowly moving

While building my Warship on a survival server, My rotor turrets had some issues from thrashing around when adjusting maximum and minimum angle to settings that were outside of the current rotor position to weird ship movement. But the main problem lies with the finished turrets: Some don't move, some rarely move. Additionally, if you place more weight on them, they will freak out.

Adding 2 Blueprints of my Ship as files, one with 2 working gatling turrets (Turret Group Gatling 3/4) and a sluggish Rocket rotor turret (Turret Group Rocket 1). all are tied to a gatling named "Designator 1" and sometimes other designators too, but that does not matter. You can observe that Gatling turret 1 and 2 do not work properly in the first Blueprint, while 3 and 4, which follow the same build conecept, work fine. Also, you can observe that the azimuth (horizontal rotor) will only move very slowly, despite being at maximum force settings. all this also happens without the script being active (It is in the programmable Block named Code: Turret). https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1465944740

The second Blueprint features only 2 rotor turrets. The rocket one is still the same, while the front gatling turret is completely rebuilt, starting with the conveyor junction the first rotor sits on. It does not move, at all, despite not being obstructed by anything. You will also see that This gatling turret does not freak out if you put more weight on it, opposed to the gatling turrets in the first Blueprint
