Respawn Ships not appearing

I have multiple custom respawn ships but whenever I A. start a new world or B die, they never appear on the list to select and spawn. Help please?

I have selected enable respawn ships, disabled auto respawn, and disable delete respawn ships. and I do not see respawn ships.
