Respawn Menu Doesn't Show - Dedicated Server

Not super pleased with having to log into a 3rd party website that i won't be notified when I have a reply on but okay.

There is a post from 3 months ago where somebody else reported the same issue and you simply said "it was solved in the latest patch". Yeah, no, it wasn't in any stretch of the imagination. Shift+F10 only brings up blueprint screen (yes don't worry i've tried it a billion times in every possible way, I'm able to alt+F10 for admin screen but not shift). Editing the config file for the server to make respawn menu starting true, nope, doesn't work either. I read a few places there was some sort of packet sizing issue? My router doesn't even have those options and i'm not the sort to mess around with that crap. Respawning doesn't work. Rejoining and respawning doesn't work. Leaving and rejoining after death doesn't work. The menu only shows up with a 1 out of 100 to be generous chance. Sometimes my british friend gets the screen, sometimes I get the screen, but we never both get the screen. There are 3 respawn medical rooms in our same faction, as well as respawn ships, there is no way that it isn't showing because there isn't options. All I get for respawns is the game taking me to the last medical room i respawned at provided it's powered, nothing more. I've tested every option a mind numbing amount of times before posting here. I've supported you guys since near the beginning of Space Engineers, for the trouble of making me sign up on your site I fully expect you to give me something more tangible than "Oh woops we fixed it in a patch" when you didn't.
