respawn bug/ships being deleted when still online

a while back at least a week or so ago my factions freighter was deleted in official server NA#3
and it had everything on it so all we got is out hauler and fast forward to now and respawn times are buggy and because my hauler ran out of ice I tried respawning in the pod but nope I can hear it and my character breathing but im stuck in the respawn screen and a loading sign and every now and then the respawn screen blinks a bit.
I have the same bug
