Render bug when using new BlendType.PostPP with <CanBeAffectedByOtherLights>true

The new BlendType.PostPP was introduced, when rendering billboards that have <CanBeAffectedByOtherLights>true</CanBeAffectedByOtherLights>, they turn jet black and the rendering in general of the whole game goes wrong. See attached screenshot.
Would be great if this could be fixed so I can finish my planetary rings mod.
