Reappearing rock

There is a chunk of rock (on mars) that just changes from like grass, to moon rock, to mars rock, then back to moon rock, when you mine it its reappears in a few seconds. or sometimes it doesn't, then when you fly a ship into the area, it reappears damaging the ship and trapping the ship in it.

Hey, i have the same bug but with an asteroid on a DS. There's a chunk of the asteroid that that keeps reappearing when i have mined all the voxels. But its smaller than the original size of the asteroid and is in the shape of a triangle
