Raycast inaccurate hitpos on planet from large distance

When raycasting on planet from large heigh above surface and no dynamic objects on surface, raycasting returns inaccurate hit positions (on very slope terrain it can be 200m difference).

Sometimes that can happen being 800m above ground, and sometimes even 170m.
