Randomly taking player damage

Solved

I started a new save with 1.196 (current). I'm taking damage on the Earth-like planet with helmet on/off, full energy and oxygen. Sometimes it just hurts me like 20-30% and this last time it just killed me. I've been playing on 1.195 all day and this never happened. I'm not sure how to reproduce. Seems pretty random.
