Random Unnecessary Validating on Steam
Won't Fix
I open Steam or leave any game, including SE, I see SE being "validated" without being prompted to by myself. I open it, it says "Workshop Content" is being "updated". That's b.s. I have one mod I am subbed to and it hasn't been updated in over a year. Why is this happening? It's unnecessary.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. When this happens, can you please choose to launch the game as soon as it is ready when the box comes up. Please then stop it in the downloads. I hope this workaround helps for the time being. The issue has been addressed with the upcoming Major release :)
