Random signals don't drop skins
Won't Fix
So either i'm very unlucky as i have not received a skin for the past 10-15 random signals. Also the sound does not stop until the button is removed and the signals can be used by every player even if someone already grabbed it.

I am not part of Keen, but you should provide a little more information. Please provide the length of time from the last received skin to end of the 15 empty signals.
I think the theme is 3 skins within a 24 hour period or something. So you get signals for the first few then nothing for a while until the 24 hours (or whatever) elapses.

I've been having this same issue for a week or two now. Though, with the most recent update, the ongoing noise portion of the problem has disappeared.

I have retested this issue on the latest version 197.075 and I wasn't able to reproduce your issue. The sound stops after pressing a button and I obtained several skins. Can you please retest?
