Random 1 second pauses, "too many blocks"

This first appeared when I had a very, very small starter world with orders of magnitude fewer blocks than I currently have. As the world expanded the pauses did not become more frequent or longer.

Game runs average 110-120fps, but spontaneously stops for at least one second. I assume it's a GC sweep.

Attached screenshots of my current stats during a time when pauses are frequent.

The only behavior apparently related to pausing is mouselook and movement.

the game is not always as stable but the developers is trying to fix does things:)
