Radio Antenna ALWAYS receiving

A Radio Antenna is always receiving. When it is turned off it is still receiving. Even when damaged below "hacked", it is still receiving.
I forgot to test on large blocks before I wrote this. So my experience is with small blocks only. But would be odd if the bug is not on large blocks too.
This could be seen as a feature for some people :) But it give me a problem with my current project. Which is kind of like a NFC system. Where I need to know which antenna received the signal. And thus I need to be able to turn the antennae off except for one.
