Purchasing hydrogen - Change not displayed
Version: 1.197.181 default
Behavior: When using a store block, the "Volume" of the destination block and its contents are displayed on the UI. Purchasing hydrogen will not display the change to the volume of the hydrogen tank.
Reproduction: Use a small grid ship with an empty small grid hydrogen tank joined to a connector. Connect that ship to an NPC station. When that station sells Hydrogen, set the hydrogen tank as the destination block and purchase 5 units of hydrogen. The hydrogen will transfer successfully, but the store UI will display the block's volume as [ 0 / 15,000.00 L ].
Expected: The volume of the destination block should be change immediately to replicate its new contents, which should be [ 5,000.00 L / 15,000.00 L ] if buying 5 units.
Hello, Dementiurge!
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. I have been having a look a this today and so far I believe it is working for me as intended. (Please see screenshot) To me, I have connected the ship, purchased the hydrogen, and watched the number go from 0 to 15.000.00L ( I purchased all) Is it possible you could supply a video just to demonstrate what is happening for you? I've read your issue a few times but can't seem to manage to get the volume not to change immediately so think I must be missing something :)
Kind Regards

Hello Pyrald!
Thank you for adding this. Has either of you experienced this in an offline setting at all or purely online?

Confirming this bug occurs in an offline game.
An O2/H2 Generator with ice, an active hydrogen engine, or a hydrogen thruster on override will cause the value to update normally (or continuously). These must be removed or disabled before testing.
In addition, if you make multiple purchases, you will see that the tank does update, but it does not include the latest purchase of hydrogen. E.g. Purchase 1 kL and then purchase another 1 kL then the Store UI will update to show the tank contains +1 kL (but it contains +2 kL).

Hello, Dementiurge!
Thank you for the clarification. I will continue to have a look at this. In the meantime, would it please be possible to provide a copy of your save where this is happening? That will probably be the easiest way to reproduce the issue.
Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
Kind Regards
