Projector "Keep Projecting" Not doing anything

So, on my test world, I am testing out decoy flares and missiles, launched with artificial mass and gravity generators, all built by a small block projector, I don't know if this is relevant but the actual ship is a large block ship, and I am using a rotor with a small block attachment to launch it, Every time the missile ship is created it works fine, creates the ship fine, and launched perfectly, except the actual ship itself, doesn't spawn a new projection, even if I use a timer with spawn projection it does nothing, I have to go into the projector, go to blueprints and load it again, this is pretty fatal since if it was a combat scenario, I would be doomed.

If you use merge blocks, they make the projector loose the projection you set if you turn them on/off
