Projected Blueprint contains Cargo on Server and Survival

I found that a modified blueprint from a workshop contains cargo in it when projected in survival and on dedicated server. So people can create blueprints in Creative-Mode and project that and build it on the server and get their cargo filled. This is a huge exploit for players to get free stuff.
To reproduce you need to get a blueprint from the workshop, modify it by adding few blocks, add some stuff in the cargo, and save it as a new blueprint. Then use that new blueprint on the server and cargo should be filled.
We patched this via a plugin that removes the contents of all cargo inventories.
