The issue is most likely related to the faction issue you mention below. All members of our faction on an official server are experiencing this problem, and obviously not being able to progress has serious ramifications. My specific example is I've built a refinery and the game unlocks the refinery modules but not reactors. Reactors should be unlocked after building a refinery. Destroying the block and rewelding does not seem to work. Building a module does not unlock reactors. Notably when I was the faction leader I was gaining progression unlocked by my faction members but they were not receiving it. I am experiencing the bugs you mentioned below as well. Also when grinding other faction members' blocks, I gain reputation with SPRT and lose reputation with my faction. This is also happening for all other members.
Is it possible to just remove progression until this is fixed? I am sure that change would be well received anyway.

Is there an estimated time until a fix? The lack of reactors seriously impedes gameplay. I've attached a screenshot of my progression tree; as you can see modules are unlocked and buildable but not reactors.

My was stopped at assembler, i've tried different methods of fixing it, aka grinder assembler down, rebuilding it again, reloading game and pc, trying to leave a faction (and i could not, don't see my name on a list but game shows me being in one, with Leave button active).
On a screen with progression, there is a built basic assembler, on a background.
Same issue on NA#4, Character name Kreo.

i've got same bug
progress is not unlocked
There is still some error with the faction, I see only the founder in it, by F3 I'm in the faction, the exit button does not work.
Also those in the faction cannot share progress all the videos are there in a couple of hours as i get home i will upload to youtube

Hi everyone,
If you have faction or progress issue after the hotfix 1.196.012, you have to disband the faction and make it again.
That will fix both issues.
