Problem with scripter role in multiplayer

Hey,
First of all ... sorry für my bad english! One of my Admins found a problem with scripter role. In our server we activate this role to control the sripts there are in use. I thought that only the user with this role can use and edit the prg. blocks with scripts. Thats wrong! You can create a prg. block in singleplayer and activate the script that you want. After that a user created a blueprint of this prg. block and copied it in a projector on multiplayer. Now you have a new prg. block with an active script without the scripter role.
I think thats a big problem for servers with an active scripter role!
