Possible to exceed build limits via projection.

I noticed on a multiplayer server that it's possible to bypass block limits by having a projection which contains the block you want weld but shouldn't be able to.
The projection is correctly spawned (and assigned to you) even if you've exhausted your maximum allotment of that block type.
