Please apply windows updates and update to latest graphics drivers bug

Hello KSH I got this message when trying to play SE after latest update. I did update to latest drivers using windows update and using Geforce experience. I am using Asus Strix GTX 960 dc2oc 2GD5 gpu. Where is the problem? I sent log and attached my email address but no response yet. Please help me.
