[Playtest #3] Battery disabled when disconnecting connectors

When I disconnected the connectors of a small ship from a large grid, the battery on the small grid stopped producing energy.

The battery was still on and had reserved power, but it just stopped giving out energy.

Turning the battery off and then on again in the terminal fixed the issue.

Had this issue with multiple grids on planets and in space.

Didn't happen all the time, but always when disconnecting from a large grid connector.

I made an experimental weapon that; welded 49 (7 x 7) projectiles consisting of a merge block, battery, and artificial mass; unmerged all projectiles; and enabled an array of gravity generators to throw all the projectiles like a shotgun. Every time, around half of the projectiles would stop functioning.

When I built a control panel on one and inspected it, I found the battery block had sufficient power but was not outputting anything. All the failed projectiles were the same. Turning the battery off and on fixed it but I wasn't going to add a programmable block or timer on every projectile to cycle the power so it would fly.

This bug ruined my experimental WMD.
