Players & vehicles clipping through terrain, random deaths while flying

I've been enjoying this game's mechanics but there has been very significant game-breaking bugs ruining me and my friend's time with this game. On both the Solar System and Alien Planet scenarios, we've been experiencing the following on a frequent basis:

- Just while walking around, randomly clipping through the planet's surface and falling forever or having to kill ourselves, either way loosing everything we have. It's frequent enough I don't want to walk around any more.

- While flying around the planet with my jetpack we sometimes just randomly die? For no reason? It seems like we're hitting invisible walls or something. And no, it's not oxygen, or running out of power or anything like that. We're just flying perfectly fine and die randomly. So it isn't safe to fly any more either.

- So we tried to make land vehicles. But these also, mid construction, kept clipping through the terrain and falling forever, unobtainable.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to solve these issues I'd be very happy to hear them, otherwise this game is getting a fat nope from me. Over a year into full release and still experiencing the same bugs that my research has shown occurred in alpha in 2015.
