Player Search contracts don't work when the grid is unpowered

Hi Keen,
Don't fully know if this is intentional or not, but when I try to use a search contract to find a grid. I get a 'Contract failed'. This only happens with unpowered grids as far as my testing has gone.
If it is intended, perhaps leave an asterisk next to the grid to show that it won't work.

I recently faced this on a live server. A volunteer admin (via official Discord) was able to point me to the grid that lost power. Otherwise, my only recourse would have been to delete all my grids and start over.
The very helpful admin (Gorwyn) suggested that a repair contract generally works on unpowered grids as long as they have a damaged or incomplete block. However, when I created and accepted a repair contract for the lost ship, I got a GPS mission marker (">>REPAIR HERE<<") that had a GPS location of 0, 0, 0 (middle of EarthLike). So this work-a-round is also not viable in the current software version. It would be nice to have a fix for this; or if deemed working as intended, a way to find lost grids that doesn't involve an appeal to a server admin or deletion of everything.
