Piston creating force after being extended

I've figured out how pistons are creating instability issues.
1. After Pistons are extended to their maximum distance they are still creating push force in that direction. This is okey as it might serve some dampening function.
2. But,.. After turning the piston off it does not stop creating that force.
3. In addition, there are no ways of locking or turning the push force down to 0.
Combine this, as mentioned with my previous bug report about rotors and all hell breaks loose.
