Physics: Thruster on a pivot are actually pulling

I've had this bug for something like a year now, maybe it could be of interest for somebody.
Push the buttons to activate the thrusters.
If I mess with the parts, (building, grinding) the game usually becomes very laggy.
Only mod is a skybox. Offline playing.
Savefile is attached.
