Physics breaks down, and then this..! 1.188

I don't know it's because my space base is too big or has too much physics, but when I add or delete a bunch of blocks and then wait half a minute physics break down and every rotor, piston and subgrid on the base goes BOOM!

Some facts I noticed that might help someone stomping bugs:

Rotors or pistons on other ships are not affected.

When I add a new rotor on my now BOOM-ed base, the rotor part immediately floats away. After some 20 seconds it stops i mid-air, OR when I delete the rotor base. If I add a new rotor top, it also floats away.

When adding a piston the piston top mostly stays where it should be. But when extending the piston, the top begins a strange nodding behaviour. As it begins to float away but some security-piece of code puts it back. If putting enough more blocks of the piston top, physics usually makes the piston to break. If putting some more blocks, it gets entertaining. Then try putting on another rotor and with some luck its top starts to spin faster than anything you have seen in game. Put some more blocks on it, and the show is on.

Use it as a space bat to whack engineers or ships or whatever.

If I save/reload the game, bugs are still there.

Only mod is a skybox.

Here's a savegame and a video with the bug. Sometimes the thing in front of you explodes upon load, but just build another. I'm having fun with this!
