Performance issues

Since frostbite update I had been affected but massive performance drop it looks like netcode problems, when I am on my own on server seem all looks fine,one somebody trying to join the game, fps flying up and down between 40 - 120 whole game Stuttering my character getting killed by anything etc when I press shit f1 I can see message network problems this is happening on all servers I have been, lots of time game just crash at the end
Please help
