PCU Limit Reached on Keen Server CA#2 - Miscalculated

I have 3 grids on the server altogether less than 9.500 PCU. I accidentally ground down a H2 block and an antenna and wanted to weld them back when I got the PCU limit reached message.
Then I thought ok I must be on verge of the limit and ground down a few blocks that I dont need and still - PCU Limit reached.
It doesn't matter how many I grind down, I can't weld a single light armor back. And I am well under the 10K limit!
I'm not in a faction and I don't use a projector and the issue persists after several server restarts.

It's fixed, a mistake from Templar who forgot to check his grids list.
We found his 562 missing PCU.
