PCU limit in lost colony

Started playing Lost Colony and it will not let you fix or build anything. when i try to fix a door, cooling Pump ( in reactor control) or any block it tells me that i have reach the PCU limit. only started after sparks of the future update. please let me know if i am doing something wrong. Also when i try to continue the game it tells me that it was created in exprimental mode but i have never used it. Thank you for your help.

Thank you for contacting us. The PCU limit is intended however we are planning to adjust it in the future.
We will investigate the "experimental mode" issue. Does it happen always when you click on "Continue Game" in Main menu or when you load a game in Load game screen?
