particle.UserRadiusMultiplier is broken.
Solved
particle.UserRadiusMultiplier no longer seems to function, it does not scale particles anymore. Allot of mods need this function, it is causing problems for a number of weapon mods. The problem started with the ScrapRace update.
Hello, bob!
Thanks for letting us know. Can you please share examples of mods that are now broken? So we can check the different behavior.
Kind Regards

My mod is rather complex so it might not be the best testing candidate. I am trying to find someone with a better one for that but for now https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2016817336 NorthWind weapons, the weapons that are effected are the 30mm rotary cannon and the CIWS. the barrel smoke and the explosions from the explosive rounds both use the particle scaling to change there size, with it not working the effects are very small. This is a Weaponcore mod and its actually weaponcore that takes advantage of particle.UserRadiusMultiplier to let us scale our particles. (as I said, a rather complex example)

Steps to reproduce:
1) Start a new, empty world. Add this mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2234634364
2) Paste in a ship with thrusters. In the control panel of the thrusters, toggle on "Smoke"
3) When you accelerate with the ship, smoke should appear from the thrusters
4) Try adjusting the Radius multiplier on each thruster
5) It is observed that the particle radius doesn't change properly, so UserRadiusMultiplier would be broken
