Parking Brake acts as airbrake/inertia dampers on flying vehicles.

As title, turning on the parking brake while flying causes wheels to act as inertia dampers and slows down a falling aircraft that otherwise has no power or thrust. Not sure if this affects vanilla wheels or just modded airplane parts landing gear, but all the same = undesired.

i was not able to reproduce this with vanilla parts and also not with the wheels from plane parts (they are used in the Video).

Btw.: More specific time for the bug in the Video: 2:13:10

- Create small a grid

- place reactor

- place gyro

- place wheels

- move that to the edge of nat-gravity

- wait until fall Speed is 104m/s

- hit P

Just experienced this on [1.188.105] as well, no mods whatsoever. I was previously clearing this issue by reloading the save game until I realized today that it's the parking brake that's the problem.
