Paratucutes are not deployed on unknown signals [v1.189]

I am playing on the solar system on my dedicated server and 1.189 and the prior update had issues with unknown signals on dedicated servers.
The signal appears for a few seconds but then disappears, the unknown signal I just saw came down fast outside my base it was under a km out and dropping rapidly, I could not find any drop in the area it could have exploded on impact.
Could we have a patch for this issue soon, please?
